Windows Training: Introduction

This course has been designed for users who are new to using computers. The course aims to give the delegates more confidence in understanding computer terminology and how to use their Microsoft Windows based PC or laptop.

  • Using toolbars/buttons
  • Using drop down lists
  • Using text boxes
  • Using check boxes
  • Using dialogue boxes
  • Using Ctrl + Alt + Del to lock the PC
  • Exiting applications

Format

This course is instructor led in a classroom environment. We recommend a maximum of 8 delegates per course to ensure that all delegates gain the maximum benefit from the course.

Duration

This is a half day course. Standard hours are 9:30 to 12:30 for morning courses, or 13:30 to 16:30 for afternoon courses, with short breaks mid morning or mid afternoon. It may be possible to change this arrangement by request.
