AdaptWe offer a range of standard training courses that we feel cover the right topics for most people - but sometimes that's not what you need. We are happy to tailor courses if you have special requirements. We'll even learn your own special application to teach your staff or customers if that's what you need. Plus, we come to you - at a time that suits you, rather than making you fit in with our choice of time and place. 3. Keep it SimpleLet's face it, computers can be a bit complicated. We promise to talk to you in plain English, rather than trying to impress you with jargon - and that includes our training sessions as well. 4. Don't Push!You'll get no pushy sales people on the phone from us - ever. You can rest assured that if you enquire, you will get a helpful and friendly response, and absolutely no pressure. Our trainers will explain everything in clear, simple terms, at the right pace - with plenty of exercises to help delegates get a real understanding of each subject. Training VenuesIf you have the room and equipment, we will train your staff at your office premises. This is the most cost effective option. As an alternative, we do offer Training Centres where we provide the venue and the equipment too. We do not currently run public courses or teach individuals at home. Account ManagementFor customers with larger projects or ongoing training needs, we can provide an account manager to work with you and help organise your requirements. This gives you a single, familiar point of contact who will help to ensure that things run smoothly. Your account manager is there to help when you need them, and will never try to sell you anything you haven't asked for. |
